From Doctor To Designer
I started my career in medicine, but I quickly realised that amongst the biggest barriers to patient care was bad technology and ways of working. I traded my stethoscope for a career in UX to fix the systems that clinicians and patients use every day.
In 2015, I coined the term Clinical UX to describe my area of focus; the experiences clinicians and patients have with heathcare technology and services.
Today, I am a leading voice in Clinical UX, an international speaker, and a consultant for global health brands. My mission is simple: to make healthcare work for the people who need it most.
